Please join the MRL in congratulating Professor Joan-Emma Shea (Chemistry & Biochemistry, and Physics & IRG-3) for her election to Membership of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. The American Academy (not to be confused with the publishers of Science Magazine) is one of the oldest learned bodies in the country. Acceptances letters from past members (like a certain G.
