MRL accounts are available to faculty, postdoctoral researchers and graduate students active within our interdisciplinary research groups.
MRL accounts are NOT required to access the wired network, use the printing facilities, or present in our seminar and conference rooms.
The wireless network at the MRL requires a UCSB NetID. No exceptions.
A UCSBNetID is created when you begin your affiliation with the university and is based on your campus directory entry. Visitors not present in the campus directory cannot use the wireless network.
To apply for an MRL account, please pick up an account application form from Fuzzy Rogers in MRL 2066B or download the form here
MRL email accounts are subject to the University of California Electronic Communications Policy. The UCECP addresses your rights and responsibilities on the MRL email system.
